Abstract: Fossil bone and tooth samples from Zhouk oudian Loc. 1 were dated with uranium seriesdating. The data show that the ages of lower part of second and fourth layers were about 270and 300 ka respectively. The age of V skull excavated from the third layer, Locus H, should ,be about 290 ka.
