Abstract: The genentic polymorphism of Gc and PGM 1 w as studied with thin layer polyacryamide gel isoelectric focusing (PAG-IEF) and that of AcP1 , 6-PGD, ADA, and AK1 with starch gel electrophoresis combined with specific staining in She ethnic group in Fujian Province. Their gene frequencies obtained are: Gc* 1F 0. 4722, Gc* 1S 0. 2421, Gc* 2 0. 2738; PGM 1* 1A 0. 5357, PGM 1* 1B 0. 1627, PGM1* 2A 0. 1587, PGM 1* 2B 0. 1429; AcP1* A 0. 1825, AcP1* B 0. 8175; 6-PGD* A 0. 9683, 6-PGD* B 0. 0278; ADA* 1 0. 9881, ADA* 2 0. 0119; and AK1* 1 1. 0000. There is monomorphism in locus of AK1 in She population. Three cases with rare variant allele ( Gc* 1A2) w ere found in Gc with a frequency of 0. 0119, and one case with 6-PGD* R in 6-PGD.
