Analysis of 3 microsatellite loci in Uygur and Kazak samples from Xinjiang

Abstract: This paper was designed to study the distribution of allele genes and genotypes of microsat- ellite loci D16S539 、D13S317 、D7S820 in Xinjiang Uygur and Kazak populations with genescan tech- nique. The genetic data were obtained. The results show that the genetic polymorphism of the 3 microsatellite loci observed in Xinjiang Uygur and Kazak populations is similar.
